The company's lack of organization and effective communication was disappointing. During the interview itself, I encountered questions that I deemed inappropriate and unprofessional. I was queried about my family situation, including whether I have children or plan to in the future. These questions are not only irrelevant to the Administrative Assistant position but also breach ethical boundaries in a professional interview setting. I anticipated a more respectful experience focused on my skills and work experience. The lack of professionalism in the interview process reflects a disregard for candidates and raises concerns about the company's work culture.
