Phone screen by face time. Series of questions about experiences and personal traits in challenging situations. Really it was also to see appearance as this was a face of the company position. In person interview which lasted about 2 hours. Grooming was apparently an assessment I later learned! Finally two more screens :- phone call with CEO and also COO

Interview
I was contacted by a female out of New York. I gave her a summary of my skills and an idea of what I had been doing for the Postal Service. She was very nice. I explained my availability and she explained the program to me. I went to work very quickly.
