The interview process was well coordinated, and the recuiter was very thorough in their explanation of the process and the next steps. The company utilized behavioral based interviewing, and the questions were appropriate for the positon. Once an offer was made the actual on-boarding was pretty standard. An enhancement would be to utlize electronic documents and signature.
