Interview
30 minute phone call, STAR method. The following day was asked to fly down to Houston for a weekend-long interview process/hazing. Spent a good chunk of the night planning a skit, presented in the morning and everyone got a job offer. 2012 was wild.

Question 1
Introdue yourself and tell us why you want to work at Baker
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.
