    Good benefits Good culture, with some exceptions Interesting technology mix of hardware and software

    Can be hard to find mentors who can or will help you navigate the politics, particularly in turbulent times Company is very top heavy, with perhaps too many senior and executive managers Last few years have been tumultuous with the GE Oil & Gas merger and subsequent breakup
