The interview use HireViu platform. It tooks about 30 minutes with approximately 6 question with each question took about 3 minutes to answer. You will be given 30 seconds after the question, and answer with video records

Please describe a recent situation where you had to work in a team with someone who failed to deliver on his/her part of the assignment. Outline the context. What actions did you take to encourage your colleague to contribute? How did you handle his/her reactions? What did you learn from this experience that will help you in future team activities?
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
Online Interview, Applied online, no referral. Only got the online self recording. Feels discriminating as you Never hear feedback after interview.it had 5 questions and for each question you had set time to read the questions and answer questions in set time.

Introdue yourself and tell us why you want to work at Baker
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.
