There are 4 rounds including manager. I have attended the BH inter couple of times. I got selected the first time for the HR round but that never happened. I had mailed the HR couple of times and he didn't had the courtesy to atleast reply back. Second time which was just couple of months later they didn't consider that i had gone through the whole process before and told me to attend again. This time the first round was technical and the interviewer was a good one and i cleared it. In the second round the interviewer asked me a lot of manual testing terms, but he didn't seemed to be interested in my answers and I belive i have answered correctly for almost all of them. Then later on with no feedback i was told to go home. The disappointment was not that i didn't get selected but rather why i didn't get selected.
