I had an interview with two gentlemen on campus and they offered me two weeks later. There is also an attached video interview as well. Overall, it was a pretty easy process.

Interview
Went to the SHPE conference looking for an internship. Went up to the recruiter and was offered an interview on the spot. Interviewed with them the next day. Afterward, they took about a month to hear back. They sent me an offer email.
Great. Asked behavioral questions and questions centered around your resume. Very engaging and wanted to know more about me as a person and my prior work experience. Be yourself and know your resume.

Interview
The interview was very comfortable. They look for strong basics and willingness to learn and adapt. Intern position doesn't guarantee a PPO, their recruitment has come down.
They expect a candidate with good analytical and critical thinking.
