I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Sydney) in Mar 2017
Interview
Two rounds of interviews. First consisted of two back to back interviews (45 mins each) with relatively junior people. Second round consisted of three back to back interviews with partners/managers; within this the first interview was a written case (where you had 45 minutes to read materials and answer about 15 set questions). Then you presented the case findings to the interviewer (who essentially when through all the different questions with you) and were also asked behavioural questions. The next two interviews were both oral case studies and both lasted 45 minutes each.
All interviews consisted of questions that were either about the case, or about you/your background. Very much conversational and the interviewers always seemed keen to help to get you to the correct answer. NB no curveball questions (e.g. how much does a 747 weigh).
Expectations were set very early by HR who gave you a detailed overview of key dates (first/second round interviews, decisions made etc.) at the outset.
Roughly 2400 people applied for the job and I believe 25 offers were made.

Question 1
Maths questions in written case - tough-ish mental arithmetic if you haven't practiced.
