The interview process began with shortlisting candidates based on their CV and CGPA. The shortlisted candidates then took an online assessment (OA-1) focused on basic aptitude. After further shortlisting, those who passed OA-1 took another assessment (OA-2) that covered Data Interpretation (DI) and Logical Reasoning (LR). The candidates who cleared OA-2 were required to fill out a preference order for the Centers of Excellence (CoEs), which determined the interviewer they would be assigned.
During the interview, I was asked to give a basic introduction, with a specific focus on my internships. Then, I was asked to rate my skills in SQL and Power BI on a scale of 1 to 10. We then moved on to a case study where I was asked to analyze the potential entry of an electric vehicle company, like Tesla, into the Indian market. Following that, I was given a guesstimate question about the consumption of tennis balls in schools across Delhi.
There was another interview round, which only the candidates who passed the first interview round were allowed to attend.
