Interview
I contacted a recruiter directly after finding a BEL flyer online. A few weeks later I was asked to submit a formal application online and was invited to interview. It consisted of two interviews; one PEI and one Case Interview. Immediately felt a great connection with both interviewers. Spoke about my long term goals to grow in the firm. 1-2 months later I got a phone call from a partner that I’d been offered the position.
The interview process was very welcoming and I enjoyed talking to the interviewers. They did not make the interview hard and genuinely seemed to want a nice conversation. Also, there were a bunch of helpful webinars before the interview.
2 case interviews were given to me
Each was 30 minutes
No behaviorals asked besides "tell me about yourself"

Interview
2 back to back interviews. Behavioral and then a small case interview. You need to know pretty well WHY you want to join the program and tie correctly what you do with what you want to do in the future. I am, however, thankful for such a great experience. Hopefully, I'll land a job hear for my junior year.
