Applied online on their website, and 2 two weeks later I hear back from their London recruiter to schedule a first conversation. Phone chat with said recruiter, in which she explains that the role has changed but they are still interested in my profile. I say fine, and she agrees to set up some interviews the following week. I hear back from them, saying that the process has changed again, and now there needs to be a coding test (which still hasn't been created at that point), and a technical phone chat, which is fine by me. I agree to move, they tell me they need to wait for the coding test to be signed off, which should happen within a week. I tell them fine, and after that I never heard from them ever again. I contacted them two weeks later to check if there were any updates, and I was ignored. It's unbelievable that a company with such a reputation has such a disorganised recruitment process . Moreover, it's pathetic that they just decide to 'ghost' candidates and ignore them rather than take two minutes to reply an email. Says a lot about this firm, and shows that their advanced analytics area is still in its infancy given that they cannot put together a proper interview process.
