Interview
First interview round: the people doing the interview were very nice people and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Although the atmosphere is presented as nice, they do expect a high level of performance of you which makes it feel high pressure. However, if you come prepared then you should be fine.

Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
