Two and a half weeks ago from today, I was invited to attend a second interview at the Portsmouth establishment. I took time from my job (unpaid) to attend and showed willing by answering emails promptly and turning up early, even with an injury. I got a pleasant feel for the company, and told that they really care about their employees; I left feeling confident. After being told on the Thursday I would hear back tomorrow, I was not. I left it until the week after but nothing again. Having chased the company by email and submitted a form online to ask about whether I had been successful or to provide feedback, nobody has responded. I would suggest if you're looking for a reliable company to work for who offers a courtesy email/call after the interview, BTS isn't for you.
