BTS interview questions

I interviewed with this firm and initially had a very positive impression of its culture and people-centric values. However, after the interview process, I received no follow-up communication despite sending polite messages requesting an update. Even a brief note informing candidates that they were no longer being considered would have been appreciated. While I understand that hiring priorities can change, candidate experience is often a reflection of organizational culture. The lack of communication felt inconsistent with the firm's stated emphasis on human-centered values.
