Dear Applicant- No responsible attorney within the United States would send any notice that was against your first amendment rights. If you were sent a notice by our firm's attorney then there was just cause. As a PR firm we certainly believe in first amendment rights so that accusation is 100% incorrect. We welcome reviews of all kinds. The only time our or any attorney would send such a notice is if there had been repeated harassment, reviews are false, or inaccurately slanderous behavior opening the reviewer up to libel. When hiring at BPM-PR we ensure that all candidates are measured on a 23 point checklist. It is important that they have the knowledge that matches the experience stated on their resume. If an applicant shows general lack of knowledge or skill that does not match the level they have applied for we do end an interview at the point of discovery. Our staff is trained 100% to behave in an appropriate manner at all times. Like all interviews- You had two people within your interview and there was not any aggressive behavior behind the scenes. Your interview was ended once it was determined that you were not yet qualified for the level you had applied for and you were told why in a kind manner as to not waste your time. We understand the upset this could cause when hoping to land a position within the PR field and wish you the best of luck in your PR career.
