Interview
The interview focused on leadership capabilities, such as engagement and inspiring. Achieving results. Overcoming conflicting challenges.
I was interviewed by two persons. I had a total of three interviews.
Each interview was professional and lasted about 1 hour. Finally It was followed by an assessment center. Post the assessment center, I went into a final interview for high potential assessment.
