Fair but rigorous. You go through different interviews with a different panel. Then you have to do a driving test for a manual car. The HR team is very supportive.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAT in Mar 2014
Interview
Unprofessional. Asked unethical questions like age, marital status, nationality. Managers who were interviewing were trying to one up each other to show who was more important. Was funny. There were 2 interviews, a role play, and tests.

Phone interview with a HR rep that progressed to in-person interview with a state sales manager and area sales manager, in-person involved a role play and generic questioning: "tell us about a time when...." etc etc. Was told I would be contacted regardless of outcome and to not follow up myself, never heard anything.
