Applied to Axon directly via their company website 5/10/2023 in the morning. Received a request to interview with a technical recruiter the very next day in the morning. Scheduled interview for today, 5/15/2023. The interview was easy and a pleasant experience. The Interviewer (I.M.), was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and insightful. Although, I did not proceed further along in the hiring process, it was purely by choice based on compensation. Great organization, clear and impactful company vision, wonderful staff. I can't say or think of anything negative to say. It was one of best interview experiences and I'm glad that I was considered as a potential candidate. Axon, you rock! Overall, I feel encouraged to apply to other opportunities that I may also be a great candidate for with my skillset. I encourage anyone who is thinking about applying to this company to just do it like Nike! It may be the best fit and opportunity to stand behind something legendary that is greatly impacting the overall general public. Apply, apply, apply. I promise you won't regret it!
