      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Axon

      Interview

I was put through the interview process with two hiring managers for two different positions. I had a really good discussion with one and was told I would be moving forward in the process, but the other one didn't go as well. I think this hurt my chances for the first one, but I will never know because I was completely ghosted by the HR rep. No feedback at all! I followed up with HR and the hiring managers. Right after my last follow-up email, I received an automatic notice that I was no longer in consideration. It was completely disrespectful to not hear back from HR after a good meeting with the first hiring manager. I lost all respect for the company after this.

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Axon (New York, NY)

      Interview

Phone interview, panel interview case study, and all day interviews. The case study is Starbucks drive through and how you can speed up order to improve customer satisfaction. They make you do this on a word document. This is very Amazon like and many are from Amazon. Axon seems like a wanna be Amazon environment. You have to defend your case which is out dates and irrelevant. You must do this with incomplete info and frankly a complete waste of time. The panel has preconceived thought although they say it was supposed to be a conversation. There is no expecting the case is an conversation and group of product manager shoot at your idea. There are some red flags at this place and interviews were clearly indicative of the issues with this place.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

how would you improve the starbucks drive through experience if there was a correlation with speed orders and customer satisfaction. Also, you can only have 1% error rate.
