Interviewed with VP, several team members, then the EVP of the group. Interview with VP was 1 hour and other interviews were 30 minutes. Each person asked me to briefly summarize my experience and interest in Axon. I was also asked freelance questions about my areas of expertise. Each person also asked me a surprise off-the-cuff question such as what super power would I choose and to rate my level of weirdness. I was given about 5 minutes in each case to ask questions. Also, I interviewed with the Senior Technical Recruiter who offered fantastic candor and support throughout the entire process. I received a very competitive offer about mid-way through my candidacy with Axon and Eric S. immediately stepped up to ensure maximum efficiency and speed to the finish line. Eric was extremely responsive to all of my questions and when a decision was made, he made sure that I had everything that I needed quickly to make my own decision. Everyone that I interviewed with responded graciously to my 'thank you' notes which was a differentiating factor from the other larger company's competitive offer. All in all, Axon made me feel extremely valued and supported throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, agility, and organization made for a winning experience.
