Human resources was great, direct and to the point. The questions were everything I expected. Communications were very good. I was told I would be interviewed by the hiring manager. When I got the to the next level, I was not interviewed by the hiring manager, but a subordinate of the hiring manager. I asked why I was not interviewed by the hiring manager, I didn't get a direct answer. The person I spoke didn't speak very good english, and I had trouble understanding his questions, that were very, very basic in nature. And were not related to the job at all. When I asked questions about basic business architecture like frameworks, he could not answer any question coherently. And dodged many of my pointed question. I knew I was not getting the job at that point, and I didn't. This seamed to be more of ab expository interview to gain information, and my skillsets were never taken seriously. I go the impression this was a ghost job.
