It's clear that the task of overlooking exceptional candidates requires great skill, and you've mastered it. Bravo! Ah, the "strong competition" you faced! How thrilling it must have been to sift through a sea of remarkable candidates, only to cast them aside in favor of someone else. The thought of those exceptional individuals is truly motivating. Your ability to shatter dreams is unparalleled. Your encouragement to “stay engaged” and apply again is a glimmer of hope amidst this rejection circus. I shall eagerly await the next chance to witness your impeccable talent selection. In conclusion, I applaud Autodesk for its unwavering commitment to consistently decline candidates who possess the desired qualifications—it is truly extraordinary. There are quite a few steps in their interview process. First, you have to get past AI. Second, you get to do a video interview. Third, you interview with HR. Fourth and fifth, you speak with the hiring manager, other EAs, and anyone else who wants to meet with you.

Thorough. Several rounds met a lot of people. Everyone was very positive. All questions were answered. However, I wish they did the interview a little bit faster. It took several weeks.
