      Interview

      3 rounds - basics with HR, Personality/Experience test with manager, then group with employees who would become peers. Interview with manager was very specific regarding how you would react in specific customer service situations, and also covered some technical ground. Interview with peers was more specific (technical), gave a better idea of corporate culture. They also brought in divisional manager for just a few moments, which was a little awkward - peers didn't seem comfortable with him, and all questions from him were about them, not me, the interviewee.
