1) Online application form 2) Telephone interview - Standard questions about Team work, Leadership, Customer satisfaction etc. 3) Assessment Centre (run by Alexander Mann). Team exersize, 3 "mini" interviews and a role play. All very similar to other assessment centres (other than the Mini interviews which I found easier, each person focuses in on an area eg. background, why Atos, competencies).
