I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atkins (Houston, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
Was recommended by atkins employee. 1st interview with HR over the phone. 2nd interview was with two local employees and one remote via phone. Ask standard questions about your resume, projects completed. Etc. After the interview I was ghosted and had to call them several times to see if offer would be extended.
