The conversation was OK, can share opinion mutually about the position. While they wanted to find people with 2-3 years of experience so the salary budget is even lower than my current. In this angle the ambition is low.
The issue is they admit that they don’t know much about this field, but at the same time they seems having an idea firmly of how to work on it. I didn’t understand at that time. Having met more companies later, I now know that there is a common wrong track for teams to fail.
