What was the hardest technical problem I ever had and how I solved it.
1. HR call of 30min
2. Hiring Manager (Tech lead) 30 min call
3. Panel IT call of 60 to 90 min.
4. HR and IT manager call
Well if you’re refused for some reason, they ghost you hard, even if you ask for some quick feedback… no mercy you’re a machine nor a human that invests it’s time and energy.
Well no recomienda at at all, very unprofesional.

Overall bad impression. There were 2 interviews and 1 coding challenge. On the first meeting, interviewer asked only 1 questions: what motivates you applying for us. When I start asking him general questions about the project, he told me to create a list of questions and send him. Coding task: 4 tasks: 3 - logical/algorithmic, 1 - some bash coding.
