Interviewed with five different people including two presentations to two different groups both online and in person including the national medical managers who flew to my airport to meet me. After a gruelling process where I was in the finals, I was completely ghosted. I contacted the managers to follow up and my email was simply forwarded on to the first person that interviewed me. Long story short, they didn't care to inform me at all. I put a lot of effort, time and a lot of travel throughout the process that I feel I could've been at least told no or maybe a little feedback but nothing at all. Probably a good thing as if the Canadian Medical managers treat their candidates like this - imagine how they can treat their employees. I feel like I dodged a bullet. I've told others of my experience. Even a short email saying thank you for your interest but we moved on with someone else would've meant the world to me instead of a now tainted image I have of AZ.
