Phone interview to get your basic information and weed people out. The follow up interview was a panel interview with 3 senior managers. Lasted an hour but was very thorough. Knowing the STAR format of interviewing is essential!

Business Case that was not applicable to role. Done on the spot, not a take home. Felt more like a University exam. Need to be extremely detailed and cover every topic in the Business Case. Questions and Answers afterwards to test understanding.

Interview
Very efficient and thorough interview process. We needed to reschedule the first time due to technical difficulties and everyone was very thoughtful and friendly about it. There were 3 rounds of interviews.
HR seemed somewhat disorganised, failing to respond to questions about the format of the interview or to send relevant documents. Some basic info about the location and remuneration of the role wasn’t available at interview.
