Interview
After applying for the job, selection for the interview took the most time. Once the final list was ready, I was contacted for a telephone interview and then a week later, asked for my availability for a HQ based panel interview. In two weeks, the inerview process was completed and the offer letter took another 10 days to arrive.

There were four rounds of interviews: HR, hiring manager and manager to whom there is a dotted line, hiring manager’s boss, hiring manager’s boss’s boss. HR was fairly timely in sharing updates.
