Interview
Very Easy. They asked me a series of questions about my background, education, and knowledge about the company. Don't waste your time it's a door to door sales job.

Interview
Pyramid Scheme. Avoid.
The first interview I waited for 30 minutes after my scheduled interview time. I was a crowded waiting room with many nervous candidates, which should've been a giveaway from the first. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, I was guided back and asked a few questions about my school, my internship, and why I wanted to work at Arrowhead. I thought the interviewer was quite nice, if a bit brusque. He seemed ready to accept me even from the minute I stepped in the door. In any case, he offered me a second interview and I obliged. He said that this interview would explain any questions I had about work and compensation, since I wasn't able to ask any questions before he ushered me out.
So, I returned for the second round interview and was again required to wait for an additional 30 minutes. Eventually, I was escorted back. They had told me to clear my schedule for 12:30 - 8:30, which they had told me was to be an immersive experience where I met everyone in the office and was able to shadow an employee as well as test my skills and knowledge of the questions I was emailed beforehand. Instead, I was sat down in a cafe on the first floor for two hours and monologued at (group interview), with very few questions directed toward me and even fewer about my previous work experience. As the "interview" progressed, I began to realize how much this company resembled a Ponzi Scheme. The "Marketing Associate" is nothing more than a glorified sales drone. You are supposed to sell to any person you can - including your friends, family, and then every stranger you can find. This is "B2C Direct Marketing." They only promote from within, and you make dirt pay when you start off. As you "progress," you make a ton of money - the top level gets money from those they "Promote." And then you must promote your own so that you can make money once you reach the higher rungs. A sham company who I will not be working for.
