Interview
first interview should have been phone interview and had to wait over ab hour my scheduled time to have my interview. wanted to walk out. The people were nice unfortunately very unprofessional. The second interview was a 5 hour one where you follow a sales man doing door to door sales.

Interview
Interview process was a joke. Company uses what I like to call "Flood Gate" interviews; essentially let anyone and everyone through the door and see who stands out. Despite this, they still make you set an "appointment" for you to come in. This appointment serves more as a reference point for your frustration. After waiting long enough to discern that they spend 7 minutes on average with each candidate yet still run 45 minutes behind schedule, it was obvious that this place was incredibly unprofessional. After you're finally interviewed you're quickly guided out of their office through a back door.

Interview
Went on 1st interview and it was very fast and easy. The interviewer told me he started the company in 2015 and he seemed very young. I just couldn't get a straight answer from him as to what they actually did. I was told I'd be making lots of money in 5-6 mos. as a manager if I was motivated. I was told I would be called for a second interview.

Interview
Setting up the interview was easy; I applied online and there was an easy scheduling protocol by email. The interview itself was short-- I wish there had been a phone screen, frankly, as opposed to participating in a short in-person interview first.
