Good. Not challenging, care is given not only to the job role but to you and how you fit into the position. They had multiple stages into the application process to assess multiple factors
Online hirevue assessment was self-guided just asking you a bunch of questions, not difficult, just answer what fits best to your personality. They would ask like how do you operate at work what would you do in a certain situation if a coworker is slacking etc.
