This is part of the campus placemment. we had an online assesment exam and then a phone call. Post that we were called for a final round of intervew. First a normal HR round and then the actual interview.

Thye asked when was time time someone came to me with a positive feedback?
many steps 3, in different languages, first in English, then Spanish and then back to English, also had to do a background check. the job was not clear until I passed all the interviews
HR reach out for quick interview and then one interview with 2 TLs, mostly about behaviour and how to take action when encounter difficulties or when SOP is vague. quite easy

Interview
Asked some cultural awareness and language fluency question. Phone screening, video interview recording, video interview and finally come to assessment test. The entire process finished and awarded within 1 month plus.
