I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Apple (New York, NY) in Jan 2024
Interview
Recently had an interview for the Account Manager role at Apple and it was top-notch! The team was super organized, keeping everything on track and responding quickly – a big thumbs up for that. The HR folks were really clear and helpful, walking me through each step. And, oh boy, the benefits package they offer is just amazing. Overall, a fantastic experience. Apple really knows how to make you feel valued right from the interview stage.

Describe a situation where you had to coordinate with multiple teams to deliver a project. What was your approach?
How do you prioritize and manage your accounts?

Moderate, not too much to worry, just answer the questions properly and maintain proper discipline. It is just how you analyze and answer the questions asked and respond to it.
I had a first round of phone interview (chat) with a recruiter from Apple before an official video interview session with the hiring manager from Philippines. Both sessions went smoothly - recruiter and hiring manager were friendly and respectful.
