      Application

I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Tempe, AZ) in Apr 2015

      Interview

The interview process was fairly simple, I applied online and received an email requesting further information about myself, which I then submitted. About an hour or so after submitting the information I received a brief phone call from a recruiter who asked me a few simple questions and then he immediately told me he was moving me on in the application process. About two weeks later I had my interview over FaceTime with a representative from their corporate team; the interview was pretty straightforward and he asked the basic questions that you could assume would be asked in an interview. He was really friendly and told me a bit of his experiences working with Apple. We then moved into technology and he asked me about my familiarity with troubleshooting, etc. We did one simple role play and he seemed convinced as to how I took care of it and the interview ended. He told me I'd hear back within a week, at the latest two. Two weeks passed and I didn't hear ANYTHING back, so I was kind of worried as I felt my interview went really well. I called Apple and left a message on my recruiters voicemail. The following day a representative called me, apologizing for their lack of communication and explained to me how it was a pretty busy time for them as many college students are applying for the position and they're still going through resumes, etc. She told me to just be a little more patient and I'd hear back soon. Heard back today with a job offer contingent on passing the background check. I'm due to start May 26th and can't be any more ecstatic about it! My best advice for this is to be compassionate and passionate with the interviewer. You don't need to passionate about Apple's products or services, just be passionate about SOMETHING. Apple wants people who genuinely seem interested and are willing to help this company grow.

      Interview

Interview was comprehensive and process straight-forward. There were a series of calls and video calls where they got to know how savvy I was with technology. I think the most important thing is how adaptable a person can be to learning new tech.
