Internal application but went through several rounds of interviews. Some face to face, phone interviews and some video conferences. Mostly the interview is about if the candidate will fit into the teams and how well she/he would related to cross-functional teams.

I had applied for this position assuming it was software related. The recruiter, Alexa explain the job to me so well, even though I would love to work there, I advised I am definitely not qualified for that. Her interview process was very organized and she was so fun to talk to. I will keep looking at their positions and can see why their employees leave great reviews..
