      Human Input Devices Engineer Interview

      23 Mar 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Apple in Feb 2010

      Interview

Interview obtained from an on-campus recruiter who saw my resume and offered an interview with this group. (Couldn't research this group ... apple website was not useful). I confirmed despite knowing little of what this group does, which led to plenty of questions during the interview. Long story short, the interviewer and I came to the conclusion I was not a good match for this group and offered to send my resume to other groups. To be honest I had not interviewed in a while and went in with few expectations. I answered the programming questions correctly. I asked many questions about the actual position and the we discussed how that relates to my experience. The Interviewer got the impression I wasn't enthusiastic about microprogramming and preferred at least driver level programming.
