Spring 2012: The application is detailed. If your application passes, you get a survey. After the survey, you're either offered an interview or not. Since this is an opportunity with Universities, my interview was held at Sacramento State. I was surprised to find out that this interview was through FaceTime on an iPad! (I guess there was no point in dressing up ;) I don't know if everyone's interview was like this. (My friend who applied in 2013 had a FaceTime interview through her iPhone just in her room.) The interview lady was nice but intimidating as well. They asked a lot of scenario questions. Always emphasize on customer service! And have off-the-top-of-your-head experiences where you've displayed great service. Was reached within the next 2 weeks with an offer through email and accepted. Keep in mind the application is open all the time but they didn't start interviews until April. However, a friend had her interview in late February (2013). At Sac state, they hire every Spring semester. (All this info is according to Spring 2012). My advice is to get your application in as soon as possible.
