I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Apple (University Village, UT) in Feb 2012
Interview
They were hiring a large amount of students at the U early 2012. I basically submitted my resume a week before the dead line in February, then 2 weeks later got an email asking me to come in for a Facetime interview. They asked you a few tech basic questions. how would you describe a hot spot... so on. I got my job offer in April with a start date of May 25th if i chose to take the job.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Apple (Dallas-Fort Worth)
Interview
Interview was comprehensive and process straight-forward. There were a series of calls and video calls where they got to know how savvy I was with technology. I think the most important thing is how adaptable a person can be to learning new tech.

A recent example of troubleshooting and how it was resolved
The interview went well overall. The interviewers were kind and professional, and they asked relevant questions related to my experience and the role. The conversation felt comfortable and informative. Great
The Apple At Home Advisor interview process typically involves multiple stages, including an initial phone screening, a technical interview to assess your troubleshooting skills, and a behavioral interview focusing on customer service experience and cultural fit.
