I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Singapore) in Sept 2017
Interview
First, received email from HR for the date of interview and some questions has been asked to reply and all this is about yourself. There is 2 managers was attend my interview and this progress took me about 40 mins. All the questions is related to customer services and your own personalization so there is no right or wrong as long as you speak more. The interviewer mentioned to get back to me within 2 weeks no matter I am shortlisted or failed BUT now even 2 months still no update. I did emailed to the HR to check the status but they only respond with "interviewer went to oversea so we couldn't reach them" / "I will catch up with the recruiter again". Giving up on this matter as what I know is usually will receive update even unable to join their family due to courtesy and do not hold them back.

Question 1
What kind of colleagues that you wish to work with.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Apple
Interview
The interview for me consisted of a phone call, a virtual Zoom interview, and and in person interview with two managers at the Austin campus.
The phone interview was just to inform me of the opportunity and what to expect next, and the Zoom meeting felt like a pre-screening for the in person interview.
The in-person interview consisted of technical and personality type questions. They are more concerned with customer service than technical skills for these positions. You will be trained on the technical side.
The whole process took about 2 months from the initial call to the job offer.
