Interview
I was contacted by an internal recruiter via email and after a quick call, he scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. Then I had a virtual onsite where I spoke with the whole team. I was surprised by the lack of irrelevant questions that I got at other companies. Everyone on the panel was super friendly and supportive, I felt like people were setting me for success in the interview. So I had no choice other than accepting the offer to work with those very nice people :)
