      Pros

      1. Resilient through the current economic downturn and unlike many tech companies, continues to grow and invest in its team. It is nice, and rare, to see a company align its values (“great people make a great company”) and actions this way. 2. Energizing new CEO

      Cons

No formal mentor or rotational program for emerging leaders yet

        Pros

The most amazing coworkers I have ever worked with at a company. The atmosphere when you are first hired is like the honeymoon phase, everyone is happy to be there and management seems to really care about how you are doing and supporting you as much as they can. If you are lucky enough to make it past training, days can go by quickly as there is an abundance of online support via zoom rooms and slack messaging so you are always connected even when you are remotely working. I lived close enough to be hybrid but chose to stay remote so the option was appreciated.

        Cons

Not getting paid enough for the work that was being done. The KPI's were used to "encourage" us to do better but ended up making us feel insecure in our jobs and futures at the company. I saw many people struggle with maintaining work-life balance for these reasons, stating the only reason they were able to get through training was to continue their work into the night after logging off. There is not enough transparency from management when the company is going through major or even minor changes that affect you personally. Remote workers are not as well connected as in person workers, but most management is on-site and aren't often able to be good enough support unless you are also in-person (understandably so).

      Johnson & Johnson

At the end of the interview, the interviewer said “HR will be in contact with you very soon”. Does this mean I got the job since it’s HR and not the recruiter or am I overthinking this? Any tips to ease post late stage interview anxieties?

      Process Coordinator

I have an in-person interview for a job I applied for earlier this summer and was in the final 2. They went with an internal candidate that time. I had 3 interviews the first time, but none in-person. This is the first interview this time. Is that a really good sign? Or should I not read into it? Also, I haven't had a professional in-person interview for 7 years, what do I wear? (female, 40's)
