Process took about 2 weeks. Recruiter called and did 15 minute phone screen. Next step was to meet in office. Got to the office early and interview started on time. Typical interview questions nothing difficult. I declined the offer because of lack of diversity in the office. I saw maybe 6 minorities in the office while I was there. Company looks great and will be perfect for you if you fit the demographic of the office.
