I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anduril (Costa Mesa, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview at Anduril consisted of 3 rounds: 1 round with the recruiter, 1 with hiring manager, and finally a virtual panel interview with 4 members of the team. Overall, a pretty standard experience for the industry.

Question 1
Focused on how to remove barriers and move fast in test
Very relaxed interview. Two different phone interviews, one with a hiring manager and the other with the team manager. This led to an on site team interview with the test team manager, a chemist, and a hardware integration engineer. Overall, very nice people.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anduril (Costa Mesa, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
1st: Phone screen with HR (asking about your background and some engineering question). 2nd Zoom meeting with hiring manager (fundamental electrical engineering questions and why you want to work for Anduril). 3rd On-site interview with the teams (engineering questions) .
Received some semi-technical questions during initial phone screen (strain gage, Ohm's law, bending beams) that were slightly surprising, especially if you haven't worked with any of the concepts since school.
