Multiple internal referrals and multiple previous employee referrals... If you don't have a clearance already don't bother attempting to apply. Anduril has one mold of employee they are looking for.

The process began with an informational interview with HR, then the hiring manager. After that. It was a series of interviews ranging from technical to personality based. Interviewers were polite, on time, and easy to talk to.

Phone screen followed by 5 onsite interviews at Anduril HQ. All interviewers were deeply engaged in getting to know me and my fit for the role. Great experience throughout the process.
