Reached out via LinkedIn. I got an email inviting me to an interview from a recruiter and within a week I had a 45 minute phone call with an individual on the team.
Keep in mind I have not spoken to anyone from HR on the phone. In the interview the person let me know I was supposed to take a test (which I had no clue about). Long story story I was not able to access the lab. My interviewer seemed to be in a rush. I was asked hardly anything about myself and given a 15 minute spiel about how this company wants to be the next Boeing or whatever.
I worked at two fortune 100 and this by far was the most bizarre interview and the biggest waste of my time. Never have I once before made feel like I was a nuisance to interview.

From what I was told, there are around 4–5 virtual interviews, followed by the final interviews conducted on-site. Unfortunately, I didn’t end up progressing to the final stage, but everyone was friendly throughout the process.
