Recruiter reached out and offered a link to schedule a phone interview for the position. Then they sent messages confirming the call time and even a message saying they were looking forward to our call (an hour before it was scheduled).
They didn't call, and have given absolutely zero communication in the time since, despite me reaching out and trying to reschedule or just figure out what happened.
I've never had this happen before in the job interview and I hope I never have to again. The ghosting usually takes place before they ask to interview.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Anduril
Interview
The process began with Engineering manager going through challenges of the role and trying to intimidate applicants. Ultimately he was more interested in that than find out my qualifications. The interview process continues with multiple stages of interviews and possible a trip out to California. Ultimately a 3 month onboarding process in California is required to be familiar with the equipment.
First a screening with the hiring manager. Then an onsite presentation and interviews with individual team members. The overall experience was positive and gave a good opportunity to understand the company and its culture. I would recommend interviewing there.
