Hannah, the recruiter I worked with, was extremely communicative and very helpful throughout the process. She called me after each step of the interview process to talk through how it went, what to expect in the next round, and what the timeline would look like. She also helpfully answered every question I had along the way, and was incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic throughout the process. All of my interviewers were attentive and focused, and very eager to share their experience working for Anduril. I also heard back within 5 days after my tech screen and on-site. One of the best interview processes I've ever been through.
